As you all know, KISS will be releasing Sonic Boom, their first new album in 11 years exclusively through Walmart and Sam's Club Stores. It will be a 3-disc set including the new album, a live DVD from their Argentinian show in April, and KISS Klassics, which was released in Japan previously, as JIGOKU RETSUDEN, and is a collection of songs re-recorded by the band. The 3-disc set willl retail for $12. They are but another band to join a host of other bands to do this, such as AC/DC, Journey, Foreigner and many others. KISS themselves have said it will sound very similar to the 70's albums such as Destroyer, Rock and Roll Over, and Love Gun. They released their album artwork and the first single off of the album, titled "Modern Day Delilah". The song has a very nice, heavy, driving riff, and catchy chorus, as well as a kick-ass guitar solo: Tommy haters, SUCK IT!!! It's very clear, just by listening to this, that KISS is in top shape and form. Below, you can view the album artwork, and listen to Modern Day Delilah.
